1. ARTISTIC NATURE OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Client understands that:

• Photo quality may vary – photography by nature is art subject to photographer’s creativity and personal artistic style
• By choosing me, accepts my style – grants me the right to express creativity to create the best possible images
• Cannot demand refund or new session due to artistic preference differences regarding final photos

2. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

In case of unforeseen medical situation where I cannot conduct the session:

• I will make reasonable efforts to arrange replacement professional photographer
• Or reschedule session for another day
• As last resort, refund full amount

3. COPYRIGHT AND PUBLICATION

I retain copyright to all photographs.

START, BASIC, and PREMIUM packages:

• You receive unlimited personal use rights without ability to modify photos (own editing)
• I may publish photos in portfolio, social media, website (without person identification)
• I may use for marketing and competition purposes

GOLD package:

• You receive rights exclusively for private use
• You CANNOT publish photos anywhere
• I CANNOT publish photos anywhere without your consent

4. PHOTO SELECTION AND EDITING

• You choose final photos according to package
• I decide on graphic editing and modifications
• I do NOT provide RAW files in any package
• Client chooses editing style: artistic (more artistic) or natural (less edited)

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If I cannot perform session due to:

• Fire, natural disaster, terrorism
• My illness or injury
• Equipment damage, photo loss without my fault

THEN: I refund all fees, but bear no further liability. My liability is limited to the paid amount.

6. SESSION UNIQUENESS

• Every session is unique and cannot be duplicated, recreated, or repeated
• No possibility of new session in case of dissatisfaction with artistic results
• By accepting terms – you accept this condition

7. PHOTO DELIVERY AND ARCHIVING

DELIVERY TIME: Maximum 5 weeks from session

DELIVERY:

• Download link for photos in JPG format
• High resolution, ready to use

ARCHIVING:

• After receiving photos – you’re responsible for securing them
• I don’t archive files permanently (only 30 days after editing completion)
• Your responsibility – copying to other media

8. PAYMENTS AND BOOKING

PAYMENTS:

• Cash: on session day (full amount or remainder after deposit)

DEPOSIT:

• 200 PLN non-refundable deposit secures booking
• One free date change possible within this deposit
• Transfer reference: “Session deposit [Your First and Last Name]”

9. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Special retouching: +25 PLN per photo
• Additional digital photos: +60 PLN per piece
• Additional 15x23cm prints: +10 PLN per piece
• Premium canvas 40x60cm: 500 PLN
• Premium canvas 50x70cm: 700 PLN
